A good rule for fighting hornet is when she's on the ground, you should be in the air, and when she's in the air, you should be on the ground

Hornet seems to discourage aggressive playstyle so prioritizes healing over damaging.

Charms aren't really an issue as long as you know Hornet's attack patterns which you probably would from the first fight, but quick focus is a must-have (at least for me) in every boss as the times you get to heal are short.
